Travel Planning

I know that several of you have to make travel arrangements for our return and want to get started soon. We will have a full information sheet ready for you soon with flight numbers and times as well as hotel addresses and contact information.

We will arrive back in Boston on March 18 at about 4:30PM. Students will need time to get their bags and go through Customs before heading to other gates for their next flights. Realistically, they will not be able to get onto another flight until about 7PM. This will allow them to get through Customs and to get to another terminal an hour early for the next flight.

We'll do everything we can to help people make these connections. Please let Dr. Hartnett or me know if you need help with these arrangements.

Getting Ready for March 2009

As we get started on the 08/09 school year, we have also started final planning for the March 09 trip to Italy. Please look back through the posts from our 07 trip to Rome and Athens while we prepare information for the upcoming trip.
